Kate Watches Wills Play Polo for Charity

After beginning her day with inner city children, Kate ended it with her husband, her beloved dog and her one year old cousin at a charity polo event.

The match, played at the Beaufort Polo Club in Gloucestershire was in aid of three charities William and Harry support, Well Child, Child Bereavement and Tusk.

The Duchess was still dressed in the casual outfit she had worn earlier in the day but switched her London Trading Company 'Really Wild' green leather waistcoat for a brown suede jacket.

Kate Joins a Children's ARK Camping Trip

Kate looked comfortable as she spent the morning with children from inner-city backgrounds. They were building tents and making campfires, developing their confidence and teamwork skills during a weekend visit to the countryside.

For many of the kids, aged between and eight and nine years old, it was the first time they had even seen the countryside or been away from home.

The children came from ARK's King Solomon Academy Primary School which is based in North Westminster, London.

Kate wore skin-tight "Molecule' blue Zara jeans ($79.90), her khaki Military Pocket Jersey Burberry shirt (seen on the Canada Tour - £295), a khaki Zara 'basic' sweater - thanks to WKW for the ID ($16.90), a waterproof The London Trading Company 'Really Wild' green leather waistcoat ($870) and her green Le Chameau wellies (£300).

She sported heavy make up and her hair had been curled, held back from her face by a black plastic clip. Finishing off her look, Kate wore her Kiki McDonough 'Grace' earrings.

Kate & William Leave for Blanchford Lake and are Given Diamonds Upon Arrival

In the late afternoon, Kate and William boarded a sea plane for Blanchford Lake. They are on their way to a Ranger station which is a remote outpost used for surveillance patrols in the vast wilderness of the north of the region.

Kate changed into a tan casual yet chic long-sleeve, button down shirt, skinny jeans, embellished leather belt, Kiki McDonough citrine drop earrings, and her Sebago Ladies Taupe Bala Deck Shoe before departing with her husband.

Upon arrival, the Northwest Territories government presented William and Kate with a Harry Winston platinum and pave-set diamond brooch and pair of cuff links. The gifts, bearing a pave polar bear silhouette beneath a semi-circle representing the northern lights, were given to the royal couple in a small ceremony earlier this afternoon.

The souvenir given to the couple includes stones extracted from the Diavik Diamond Mine, a wide, circular geographic oddity situated on an island in the middle of a lake, just 140 miles south of the Arctic Circle. This year, the mine will produce nearly 7 million carats or $850 million in diamonds.

It took 250 hours to create the two intricate pieces of jewelry. There are more than 692 diamonds between the two pieces -- 302 in the brooch and 390 in the cuff links. The brooch stones are bigger than the ones in the cuff links.

Kate is Chic for Spring!

Prince William and fiancee Kate Middleton made a surprise visit to Northern Ireland today, March 8, 2011.

The princess-to-be wore a flattering ivory-colored, belted cashmere and wool trench. There was a beautiful ruffle detail at the hem and the trench sported double-row, bold black buttons. The designer has been identified as Burberry and can be purchased for £650 ($995). She accessorized with dark hosiery, black high-heeled shoes and a slim black clutch.
