They spent about an hour on the campus where the Duchess spent most of her time speaking to young members of the Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Beavers, Cubs and Scouts and watched a demonstration by members of the Muthill scouts as they made Scottish pancakes.

William met with representatives of Scottish Air Ambulance and looked at one of their helicopters.

The couple (known as the Earl and Countess of Strathearn when in Scotland) rounded off their first visit by opening a reconstruction of a timber circle, known as the Pittentian Timber Circle, which was excavated in 2011 during the construction of the Beauly to Denny power line. Few of these sires have been excavated, thus making it an important archaeological find.

There has been much speculation about the size of Kate's Ballon Bleu de Cartier watch. Thanks to 'My Small Obsessions' on FB and follower Ayvee Elliot we think they have nailed it down! It is the 33mm. Ms. Elliot says the small (28mm), medium (36mm) and large (41mm) all have a straight edge on their links. The 33mm has a tapered link.
