On a cold but sunny day, thousands of well-wishers gathered to catch a glimpse of the Queen and her family as they made their way to church for the traditional Christmas day service near the Queen's private home of Sandringham in Norfolk.

Leading the way to St Mary Magdalene church was the Princess Anne, flanked by the Duke of Edinburgh and her husband Vice Admiral Sir Timothy Laurence. They were followed by the Prince Charles, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, who were holding hands, Prince Philip, Prince Harry, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice.

The Duchess of Cambridge looked elegant and covered her baby bump in a new-to-us brown, tweed double-breasted 'Turpin' coat (£685) by Moloh. The mid-calf coat features brown and cream checks with flecks of orange. It was part of their 2013 collection and is no longer available.

Beneath her coat, Kate wore a Hobbs London 'Animal Shirt Dress' in bitter chocolate brown ($355).

As for her matching brown hat a-top her signature blow-dry, you may recognize it as the ‘Betty Boop’ from Lock and Company which she wore for a wedding in Switzerland and for St. Patrick’s Day in 2012.

I reside in the U.S. and I would love to know where I might be able to purchase the tweed coat Kate wore on Christmas. I think it is so stylish and classic. It is definitely my style.
ReplyDeleteKim~Unfortunately this coat is no longer available. It was from Moloh's 2013 collection. You can always check Ebay UK to see if someone is selling theirs or you can check out Moloh's website for similar coats (www.moloh.com). I will drop the company an email to ask if they plan on restocking the coat (sometimes if there is enough demand they will). If I happen to hear back from them, I will update this post.
