Kate Dazzles in Jenny Packham at State Reception in Wellington

Last night, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were guests of honor at a  lavish State Reception at Government House in Wellington.

Completing her outfit, Kate wore her black, suede Jimmy Choo Cosmic heels, her diamond bracelet, matching diamond earrings, and held a small black clutch.
