Due to security concerns, not much was known about Kate & Wills former Anglesey residence, but now that the couple have decided to relocate to London and are no longer renting the cottage, the details are coming out.
Bodorgan Hall - Main house on the estate
Bryn Roberts
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge rented a farmhouse on an estate in the hamlet of Bodorgan on the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. The property is owned by Lord and Lady Meryick.
The house features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, dining room and kitchen. It is two houses stuck together, there are two staircases—one in the center of the first house and upstairs there are two bedrooms in the first house and two in the second house.

The property has access to a private beach onto the estuary. There are views of the water from the bedrooms on the first floor, which look over the top of the outbuildings. The outbuildings surround a farmyard and you go through the farm yard to get down to the beach. All this for the discount price of £750/month.
If you've ever wanted to live like a prince or princess, the cottage is now available for rent!
